CTO Lighting Ltd and CTO Lighting Bv (referred to herein as CTO) guarantees its products are manufactured in accordance with the latest international standards. Components which develop faults, not caused by client's negligence, within the 12 month guarantee period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Under no circumstances can the Company accept liability for labour charges, onsite issues, out of pocket expenses or damage incurred by defects however caused.
Third-party courier services are used for delivery. Your Sales Representative will provide full tracking details for your delivery.

Please take care when cleaning, avoid the use of abrasive substances and materials; simply dust metal, stone and glass using a dry, lint-free cloth as required. Integrated LED lights have the LEDs built into the light fixture itself, so there is no requirement for a bulb.

Through our recycling partner Lumicom we can offset up to 100% of the waste from our lights sold in the UK. If you have an ‘end-of-life’ product that you no longer want, then please contact Lumicom who will assist with the recycling process.
